Welcome to the website for Jonathans catering, an independent school dinner contract caterer based in Athy and Carlow providing school meal services to primary and  secondary schools ,colleges in Kildare,Carlow and,Laois.

Jonathans catering  is a unique company. We are the first catering company to provide kitchens to any school which will run a healthy eating programme   5 A DAY

Not all schools have been designed for canteens and kitchens and some just don't have the room for catering, so we offer two different proposals:-

Proposal 1-

We design, supply and set-up a full canteen and we also provide the staff to run it (Geographic restrictions apply)

Proposal 2:-

We can design and install a smaller kitchen to be run by a local catering contractor.

Our driving force is to bring hot meals to all schools and feed our school children well, using high quality, local, fresh ingredients in 'home-cooked' meals prepared by our own, well-trained Chefs. We are a local company, and support local employment and business
