Marquee Weddings

Why not make your day extra special. We can organise your day from start to finish. Marquee hire, furniture, bar and catering.
We specialise in wedding planning to suit all occasions and all budgets. From buffets to six course meals.

Draft timetable for wedding day

3pm Service over. Informal photographs taken outside the church.

3.45pm The wedding guests make their way to the house and are greeted with Champagne, refreshments and strawberries. Canapés (served by our staff).

5.15pm Best man invites guests to move towards the marquee. Guests view the seating plan and route.

Guests are seated for the buffet with fresh bread on tables or sitdown Dinner. 

5.45pm Best man explains how buffet works  or Starter  sitdown

6pm Main course buffet starts, two buffet tables each end of room or sitdown main meal

    Red and white wine and refreshments served/replenished throughout the meal (our staff)

Best Man
Toast to bride and groom (Guests offered champagne or whickey for the toast by the bar staff. Main course buffet cleared away and desert buffet set up by food staff).

7.15PM Dessert: melody of desert and cheese platter
Tea/Coffee served at the table (food staff)
Bar starts serving and guests mingle and stretch their legs in garden etc.

8PM Cut cake. Cake is taken away and sliced.

8.45PM Band starts. First dance.

10.30PM Cake is served with tea/coffee and sandwiches (food staff)
BBQ outside with burgers and hot dogs.

12AM Band finishes and packs up. Small fire works display in the garden.
Older relatives may wish to leave at this point or retire to the main house.
Decks set up and DJ plays some music.

 ?AM Bar stops serving? ( To be confirmed with bride and groom)

?AM Bride and groom retires.
